In the Summer of 2024, Sara hosted her first live debate... kinda by accident. Shortly after, the Moderator Monday series kicked off with full momentum along with Throw Down Thursday. Since then, The Raging Tomato became an official debate platform with the most contentious topics featuring 1v1s, 2v2s, and 1v8s. Additionally, the after-hours Open Panels on The Gauntlet continue to grow in popularity as several panelists wait their turn in line backstage to enter the battleground.


Our network continues to grow strong with over hundreds of panelists and content creators from around the world always amped up to debate. Once you're part of the  #maternation  panels, you also have access to our network and connections. Will YOU be the next panel champion?

New to debate but want to work your way up to an exclusive debate panel? No worries! We love new comers and helping amateurs build their way up! After each debate we open the panels up to anyone who wants their chance to argue the topic of the evening. Come audition and show off your skills!

  • MODERATOR MONDAY

    A 2v2 style debate format driven by pure chaos. They can be requested or challenged by anyone with a following, proven debate history, or those who are part of #maternation. Just ask! 


    Need a partner? We will connect you.

    Need Opposition? We have plenty to choose from.

    Have a prompt? We can piece the rest of the panel together for you.


    They are held every Monday evening at 9:15 pm est.

  • DEBATE

    1V1 Debates can be requested or challenged by anyone with a following, proven debate history, or those who are part of #maternation. Just ask! 


    Have a prompt but need Opposition? We have plenty to choose from.


    They are held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings at 9:15 pm est.


  • THROW DOWN THURSDAY

    1V8 open panel style debate. The first hour is foundation building with the host and the featured guest, followed by an open panel debate.


    To be considered for a feature, you must have a following, proven debate history, or those who are part of #maternation. Just ask! Come prepared with a prompt!


    They are held every Thursday evening at 9:15 pm est.

  • CHILLSTREAM

    Not everyone wants to debate, yell, or enter the pits of hell. We offer chillstreams, but often they are pop-up streams.

  • OPEN PANELS

    You are at the mercy of the audience. Will they let you stay or boot you to the back? Open panels start at the end of every debate to continue the conversation. Here is your chance to join the #maternation as a newbie and add further discussion of the topic.


    OPEN PANEL GRAB BAG - Once a week we will offer an open panel grab bag topic night. No set panel. No set topic. The audience is in charge. Come join us as we move through various topics of the evening as panelists come and go. These are pop-up streams, so keep your notifications on!
